By far the best purchase I’ve ever made. Hired couple college kids to put it in place after delivery left it as far as they could in my backyard. Delivery team were amazing. Went above and beyond for me. Delivery was delayed by a few days, no big deal. This hot tub is well worth the money! Instruction for the filter placement could be a little better but we figured it out. We had the connector box already set from previous hot tub so it was super easy for us to set up. I was skeptical about buying a hot tub online, but this would easily rival the ones we looked at in store.
