Quality product. Ordered before Christmas and was delivered ahead of schedule date. Every thing worked right out of the box. I ordered through major home store for financing. Delivered right to clear site. Came with cover and stairs. Lights are great. Blue tooth speakers work great as long the jets are not running. Minor inconvenience. Made in America and hot tub frame is steel and semi-composite materials for structure integrity. LCD control and is easy to use but, familiarize yourself with instructions to understand all capabilities.
Great spa. Gets a lot of use at weekly rental property. Maintenance incredibly simple. Well insulated and hold temperature without issue. Took awhile going back and forth with shipping company on delivery but overall, very happy.
Cannot say enough about this spa! Have used almost every single day since installed. So much fun with kids and family! Very helpful in training recovery and regaining sanity after a long day! Did have to put little extra cover support with wind where we live!
