Return & Refund Policy
At Luxury Spas USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
- Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your hot tub, sauna, or accessory.
- Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1.866.220.7405. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on units that have been filled with water or installed.
- Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned hot tubs and saunas to cover inspection and handling.
- Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
