Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Luxury Spas USA, we specialize in the safe and timely delivery of large-scale wellness products. Below are the details of our shipping process.
- Shipping Locations We currently ship to the Continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
- Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer Flat Rate or Free Shipping on select models as indicated on the product page.
- Curbside Delivery: Our standard shipping includes "Curbside Delivery." The freight carrier will drop the unit at the end of your driveway. You are responsible for moving the unit from the curb to its final location.
- Handling & Transit Times
- Order Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7–14 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on your location.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10–19 business days.
- Delivery Appointment For all hot tub and sauna deliveries, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. A person 18 years or older must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- Inspection & Damages Please inspect the packaging thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the crate or unit, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately at 1.866.220.7405.
- Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your spa's journey.
