Returns
Unopened, uninstalled spas may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight and a restocking fee apply — hot tubs are heavy freight items, and shipping them back costs real money, so please measure twice and ask us anything before ordering.
Once a spa has been filled, it's considered installed and can't be returned, though warranty coverage applies from day one.

Damaged or defective deliveries
Note damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours — we'll make it right with replacement parts or a replacement spa at no cost.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards and financing through our checkout. Orders charge at time of purchase.
