Coverage on every spa
Every Luxury Spas hot tub carries a 10-year structural warranty and 2 years of coverage on electrical and plumbing. Register your spa after delivery to activate coverage.
- Shell structure — 10-year structural coverage against water loss
- Shell surface — 5 years against cracks, blisters, peeling, and delamination
- Electrical — 2 years on pumps, heater, and control system
- Plumbing — 2 years on factory-installed plumbing and jets
Exact terms are on the Luxury Spas USA warranty certificate (PDF). Damage from freezing, improper water chemistry, or unauthorized modification isn't covered, so keep your water balanced (our chemical starter kit covers the first three months).
