How delivery works
1. Order confirmation. We verify your address and contact info.
2. Freight pickup. Most spas leave our Virginia warehouse within 3–5 business days.
3. Delivery appointment. The carrier calls to schedule a window. Someone 18+ must be present.
4. Curbside drop. The driver lowers the crate by liftgate to your curb or driveway. Moving the spa to its pad is your side of the handshake — most tubs move with 3–4 people or a spa dolly.
Inspect before you sign
Note any crate damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours — photos help us resolve claims fast.
